Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 August 2026
This policy covers honeyforgehq.dev and the internal application Bellion support reader ("the application"), operated by HoneyForge.
Who uses the application
The application is internal software. Its only user is the HoneyForge operator, reading HoneyForge's own support mailbox. It is not distributed, not offered as a service, and has no other users whose data it could hold.
What Google user data it accesses
The application requests a single Google OAuth scope,
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly, granting read-only
access to the messages and settings of the HoneyForge support mailbox. It holds
no scope permitting sending, modification, labelling, or deletion, so it is
technically incapable of altering anything in the mailbox.
How that data is used
Incoming support messages are read in order to classify them by product and intent, and to prepare draft replies for the operator to review. Drafts are never sent automatically; the application has no ability to send. Message content is used for no other purpose.
Storage and protection
- Message data is processed on the operator's own machine and stored in a local, encrypted database.
- OAuth credentials are held encrypted at rest and are never written to the application's source repository.
- Outbound network access is restricted to an explicit allowlist of hosts.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any similar purpose, and is not used to train machine learning models. Automated classification and reply drafting run locally and deterministically, with no message content transmitted off the operator's machine. Where the operator explicitly asks for assistance with a message, its content may be processed by an AI model provider solely to answer that request. No other transfer of Google user data occurs.
Limited Use
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and revocation
Locally stored message data is deleted when the operator deletes it. Access can be withdrawn at any time from Google Account permissions; revoking access immediately ends the application's ability to read the mailbox.
